Mild forehead ache for a month and now burning sensation in right forearm for a week. ct scan done in late december last year came back normal. ideas?

Headache: Hard to say. Clearly your doctor has evaluated you and was perhaps concerned about a cervical disc problem, thus the ct scan. Burning in arm can be a peripheral nerve problem. Headache perhaps tension? Sinus related? Blood work done perhaps to include a lyme test.
