Patience: Eat 5-7 times a day. If you are average height, then 1300-1500 calories a day should allow weight loss. If you are breast feeding, be careful, as calorie restricting can reduce milk production. Take your time. Don't take pills to lose weight as you didn't take pills to gain it.
