Not pregnant: It is highly unlikely for a woman to become pregnant following a tubal ligation. It is possible but not probable. There have been rare cases reported but in reality, you are probably not pregnant. Let me know if you actually are pregnant and I will be very surprised. Best of luck. Kevin M. Passer, M.D. FAPA
