See a GI doctor: You really need to be seen, a full history obtained, examined, some labs run and endoscopy seriously considered. This can be one of numerous conditions, several of them potentially serious. You should undergo appropriate testing, diagnosis and management soon. Hope you get better quickly. Good luck. Four months seems very long to schedule endoscopy.
