39 y/o. u. right ab + mid-right ab and back discomfort (more pressure than pain). thin stool. gas. some nausea. low st. acid. no appetite--weight loss (20lbs/2months). possibly associated w/ oats that might have been bad. fearing hep/renal damage?

This set of symptoms definitely needs thorough evaluation by Dr ASAP, especially with the weight loss. Possibilities would include a liver, gallbladder, pancreatic, intestinal, or kidney problem, & a thorough history & physical exam with appropriate lab tests & imaging (ultrasound & maybe CT scan) would likely reveal the cause
