Yes possibly with a : History(hx) of an accident or injury to that part of the body. Otherwise you might be having referred pain from a cause in the neck/spine. Any numbness/tingling in fingers/arms etc, or a hx of injury to the neck even in distant past (long ago). You might benefit from a MRI of the c spine, if the hx suggests.
