Eustachian Tube : Please see an ENT that specializes in swimmers or scuba divers. It sound like your eustachian tubes are not allowing fluid to drain from the ear (the reason young children get ear infections however theirs is from under developed tubes). You may require sudafed or the like until the problem is resolved along with the antibiotic.
