Poor Little Guy!: Keep up the antibiotic for the full course for the ear and sinus. If he is still persisting with earaches, and also for sunburn pain, ibuprofen is a good bet. Keep him out of the sun for a week. Then get a good barrier sunscreen with Zinc oxide or titanium dioxide to protect him and avoid top sun hours 11 to 1.
