Yes: These are different classes of medications. Ofloxaxin is an antibiotic to treat bacterial infections of the eye, and naphcon a is an ocular decongestant/antihistamine that is often used for alleviating watery red itchy eyes. Although these meds may be used together, i'd advise that the more important one is ofloxacin. Treating the infection should alleviate your symptoms. If not, c your eye md.
