Not advised: Carbamide peroxide is essentially hydrogen peroxide. If you are using Ofloxacin otic for external otitis (swimmer's ear), i would defer using carbamide peroxide simultaneously. There is no synergism. Adding hydrogen peroxide will dilute Ofloxacin and possibly decrease efficacy.
