With a colostomy bag from crohn's disease can dehydration cause green watery output? should i be worried?

Opposite: Diarrhea is not a sign of dehydration. If you have been on antibiotics you may need to get the stool tested for bacteria that can cause diarrhea . Or if you have part of your colon removed then diarrhea in the beginning is normal and should improve. If your ostomy is from small bowel then the only stool is liquid so that is normal.
