No, but...: You're describing heat-induced purpura. Some people simply get this and no explanation is ever found. You may have a pyroglobulin -- a protein that precipitates in the vessels when it's heated. You're young for myeloma or other serious disease and this may simply be you. I trust that you are otherwise healthy and i would not be seriously concerned about this.
