Stop wearing : The heels. Your toes maybe squeezing together and you many have one or two neuromas (nerve compressions.) you can ice the bottom of the forefoot as well and try and wear wider shoes or just ones that don't compress.

Numbness : In feet to toes are most likely due to a nerve lesion called morton's neuroma. Wearing heels forces your weight to ball of feet and squeeze bones together and irritates the nerve. There are many conservative treatment options available.
