Numb toes, high heel: You may have compressed the nerves in your foot. You could have a neuroma between your toes. Avoid high heels/tight shoes and see if it improves. If not, see a podiatrist or orthopaedic doctor.

Mortons Neuroma: Too much pressure at the ball of the foot can lead to an irritation to the metatarsals and nerves in the area. When wearing high healed shoes when you don't normally do so and put too much pressure on the balls of the feet, there can be irritation to the nerves and bones. Wearing good supportive shoes and rest can help. If not see your podiatrist for further treatment.
