Gallstones : If your gallbladder was removed you may have stones in main canal feeding bile to your intestines this should be addressed by a gastroenterologist asap.

Retained Stone?: Stricture? Possibilities exist that are related to the original problem. It is most appropriate to see your pcp of a GI specialist to study the bile ducts and see if a simple problem can be found and fixed. Any more complex problem may need to be dealt with at a more specialized center.
