Sphenoid window 2 weeks ago. diangosis chronic and acute pericarditis. still have lots of pain under left breast. taking prescription how long until pain subsides?

U mean xiphoid?: It can take days to weeks to control the pain of pericarditis. I usually use Indomethacin 50 mg 2-3 x per day and Colchicine 0.6 mg bid, and i try to avoid steroids.
