Piles=hemmoroids: If they don't hurt leave them alone, if they get bigger or symptoms develop use Hydrocortisone suppositories or ointment both found in pharmacy without prescription. Worst case scenario you will need to see a colorectal surgeon or general surgeon.

No worries mate...: If there are no symptoms and if you keep your stools soft and regular, the things that are still visible are some stretched but now scarred veins.
