Trimming callus: Try self-trimming the callus if you do not have any medical history that can complicate your self treatment. If trimming of callus with file or emory board does not help, you may have a plantar wart or other pathology. See a doctor for a referral to either a dermatologist or podiatrist. Hope that helps.
