See below: You could have some low grade inflammation that has resolved on its own. Talk to your gastroenterologist to see what he or she thinks is the cause of these findings.

Can't say: Lymphocytes in duodenum can occur with celiac, but there are many causes. If you eliminated 100% of the gluten in your diet during the 6 months, then you may indeed have some sensitivity to gluten. On the other hand, it could be unrelated and coincidental, if you are better after going gluten free, one way to confirm is to see what happens if you eat gluten again.
