Various causes: Several things can cause variable right ribcage pain that wouldnt show up on those tests. A costochondritis or a pleural irritation come to mind. A chest ct scan and abdominal ultrasound should have picked up stuff like cancer or pneumonia in lungs or lung fields, collapsed lung, or liver abnormality. Causes depend highly on the timing of the pain, how long you've had it, other symptoms, etc.
