Good chance.: There is a good chance that they are insect bites, particularly if they itch. Check your bed to make sure there are no bugs in it (i know, gross) and your pets to make sure they are not bringing in bugs from outside. If you continue to get more, other possibilities, such as viral illness and contact dermatitis, become more likely, and you should see a dermatologist.
