Skin irritation: Any time you have significant enough skin irritation, the cells in the skin can make extra fluids to try and sooth/protect it. Think of when you burn yourself and you get a fluid filled blister - same thing. Keep area clean and monitor for redness. If drainage becomes purulent or area gets red, then seek medical care.
