Good for her!: Sounds like she is weaning herself off the bottle, which you should be actively doing by 17 months. She can drink fluids during the day through a cup or sippy cup, but does not need a bottle anymore. She's growing up!

Bottle at bedtime: I would discourage you from putting your child to bed with a bottle. The milk sugars that remain in her mouth can cause dental caries. You can break her of the bottle, by cutting the nipples and show that her bottles are broken.
