Lot of chewing: It is good there is no sugar, it is a lot of chewing beyond chewing your food. Wwhile most get no issue possible trouble: loosening dental work, TMJ pain, spasms in muscles of mastication.

No : Chewing sugar free gum is good for your teeth. Unless you have jaw pain while chewing it.
