Hard to tell...: Healthtap information is mainly about U.S. Medications, so a non-english label is worrisome. Sometimes the same name in an english-speaking country, compared with the same (or similar) name in a foreign country, actually means different drugs. We also don't know which drugs are regulated and which are not, in foreign countries. One website says x-prep is a senna laxative, but doesn't say the dose.
