Talus fracture : Generally after 6 months, the fracture can be considered delayed or nonunion depending on imaging findings. A ct scan would be best to visualize this type of pathology. There could be many reasons for a delayed/ non union. The first one to rule out is infection. This is priority and must be considered a reason until proven otherwise.

Fractured Talus: The talus, the bone that sits on top of the heel bone, has a very poor blood supply, thus, it is predisposed to non- unions. That being said, the type and location of the fracture is very important in evaluating the probability of successful healing. This is a fairly complicated area of the foot and i would see your specialist for further evaluation.
