Have been having a bad headache for like 4 days and i felt my right eyelid drooped for like 4 to 5 seconds i had no control are these signs of a stoke ? 26 i am am a male i take propanol for blood pressure i also take niacin for cholesterol i am 5'5?

You appear to be encountering several problems, and would suggest you contact your doctor and have this evaluated. A neurologist may be a good resource to pin all of this down. A brief right sided ptosis would not be indicative of a permanent stroke but does suggest another area to evaluate.
