Not H. Pylori.: Sounds like you are already seeing a competent doctor who has ruled out h. Pylori as potential cause for your symptoms. What do they suggest next. If you are having continued symptoms additional studies such as egd or ct of the abdomen may be indicated. A trial of medications for gerd or diet mods for ibs might also be reasonable.

Doctor thinks I have stomach ulcers. I don't smoke, drink, or take NSAIDs. Doc made no mention of H. pylori. Should I suggest blood and breath tests? If it's not H. pylori, what else could cause ulcers or is it another issue? Is excess acid possible?
