It's possible.: Somewhat academic question. Either you have it or you don't. It is fairly common so it is reasonable to suspect that you might. Really depends upon your symptoms and any underlying disease. If your hands turn white/cold and numb followed by blue on exposure to cold and become bright red on rewarming then you may have it. Treatment is to avoid exposure to cold and treat any underlying cause.
