Constricted vessels: Raynaud's phenomenon is a symptom caused by constriction of small blood vessels, usually in the fingers and toes, leading to a lack of nutrients and oxygen going to the fingers and toes. Raynaud's phenomenon can be due to auto-immune disorders, hormonal imbalances, medication effects, etc... A primary care doctor, endocrinologist, or rheumatologist can evaluate a person with such symptoms.

Raynaud's: Is a disorder where small blood vessels in the fingers constrict in response to cold and pain ensues. There may be a reason behind this such as an inflammatory or endocrine disorder or it vans occur by itself. Speak to your pcp about this . There are medications that may help ranging from niacin a vitamin to blood pressure calcium blocker i nitrous acting meds. Such as viagra (sildenafil) or nitropaste
