Red eye post surgery: Iritis/uveitis after cataract surgery is not uncommon. If no surgical complication and implant in proper place ('in bag') it is due to rebound inflammation as steroids decreased. See eyemd to be sure haptics & IOL in proper place. Have steroids on hand during travel. Though rare: If persists after surgery, may need a blood work up for uveitis.
