How soon after cataract surgery can one resume normal (strenuous) sexual activity?

Limited activity: After cataract surgery usually 7-10 days. But ask your cataract surgeon what he prefers.

Talk to eye doctor: I don't think one needs to refrain from sexual activity for more than a few days but your eye doctor can give you a better answer. However if you plan to have sex under water, then the answer would be different. :).

Soon: As long as the sexual activity doesn't lead to sweat entering the eye or involve any external pressure on the eye resuming sexual activity can be resumed. It probably would be advisable to wait a few days for the wound to partially heal before strenuous activity
