Agree with links: Agree with links that were already shared. Along with those exercises, i also like rows, lying with a foam roller the long way along the back, chin tucks, (witch hazel) sitting on an exercise ball or ball chair can help posture, and moving the computer monitor up to eye level to train posture (proper ergonomics).
