BP : Many BP devices, without knowing what you are using? Try reading the instructions or looking them up online.

Three numbers.: Your home BP tester gives you 3 numbers. The pulse is your heart rate, which should be 60-100. Your BP is systolic/diastolic, and should be no higher than 120/80. If you carry a diagnosis of high BP already, then your target is no higher than 130/90 (130/80 if you're diabetic), but closer to 120/80 would be even better still.
