My absolute neutrophils went from 6743 in dec to 11168 in april to 9838 in may.mcv and mch are also high.what is possibly causing this?

Talk to your Dr: Neutrophils are the body's "marines" for most infections, so it is common for their #s to fluctuate up/down. The MCV when elevated can suggest vitamin (b12/folate) deficiencies and should be tested for by your dr if clinically relevant based on rest of your cbc. Mch can only be interpreted w/rest of CBC as indicates how much hemoglobin is on (average) on each rbc. Ask your dr. For guidance.
