A member asked:

Is there an iatrogenic or neurological problem that causes pupil contriction and muscle contraction over a long period of time-like months?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Pupil constriction: Is a normal response to a light stimulus. If it is "permanent" as your question suggests, it is evidence of imbalance in the automatic nervous control of the pupil. It is a neurological problem.
