But why are you weak: You can have weakness in your legs when your have arthritis in the legs because you may not be about to use your muscles to their fullest but we need more information. There can be associated muscle disease, blood vessel inflamation, spinal cord invovlment and over lap syndromes can occur with RA and these need evauation. Is it truly muscle or is it soemthing else with the ra?
