I have read of many organic mattress benefits. are they really better for your health (especially for allergies/asthma) or just good advertisement?

Dust mite Covers: Any thick fiber close to your body, organic or not, has the potential to provide a home for dust mites. Only microweave synthetic fabric covers have been shown to reduce dust mite levels. "allergy" mattress covers that are made by pressure stamping fibers were shown to provide a great place for dust mites to live so they can crawl out and eat your shed skin cells. Allergy covers: Some of the "allergy" proof pillows have been shown to have more dust mites inside then some of the feather pillows. Yoou still want to get genuine allergy prood covers - synthetic based.
