Surgical mask: A N 95 mask is worn to prevent COVID-19 particularly among those who are at risk. If you can obtain one, this may be used. Otherwise a surgical mask to protect you and others is fine. If you do not have a surgical mask, then making one at home from a cotton scarf folded several times with elastic loops attached is suggested.
