As above : If their is no particular reason to be itchy and it happens at bed time , and uf there is no contraindication , u could try 25 mg of Benadryl (diphenhydramine) at bed time on as needed bases. Or discuss with u physician.

Itching: Itchy rashes tend to be itchier at nighttime both because there are no other stimuli to distract us and because we are warmer in bed. Warmth makes the itch worse. A common rash around mouth & nose is perioral dermatitis, a relative of rosacea which is made worse by steroids topical or inhaled and by heavy moisturizers. Others are seborrheic dermatitis & contact dermatitis. Needs evaluation.
