Seems risky - ask dr: Better safe than sorry - since it is not known whether methyl salicylate gel will harm an unborn baby, tell your doctor if you are pregnant while using this medication. Also, it is not known whether methyl salicylate gel passes into breast milk or if it could harm a nursing baby. Do not apply methyl salicylate gel to your breast area if you are breast-feeding a baby.
