See below: You would not have harmed the baby. I would take tylenol, (acetaminophen) while you are pregnant.

Tylenol1000/reglan10: You are correct to be concerned; depending on which product you actually used, you may have exposed your early embryo to nsaids (aspirin, advil, aleve, (naproxen) motrin). Nsaids are contraindicated throughout pregnancy because they can lead to gastroschisis, cerebral palsy and other significant problems. Only use the combination of Acetaminophen 1000 mg with Metoclopramide 10 mg orally for headaches!
