Sharp pain in left breast sometimes when breathing in. happens once in a while and lasts for about a minute. only hurts when breathing in but it's worst pain i have ever felt.

See a doctor: Pain in the breast while breathing in is not a specifically recognized sign of anything, however anytime a patient describes something as "worse pain i ever felt" that means you need to see a doctor asap, possibly even go to the er.
