Tricky: Without an actual examination, I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health but movement would imply muscular. Perhpas the abdominal wall or diaphram? The liver and gallbladder is also at that spot and I've had one patient whose kidney mass presented that way (unusual) but an exam would be needed.
