You need a physical: There are many reasons why patients develop chest wall pain, but if you have a history of breast cancer-regardless of the stage or prior therapy-it is prudent to see your physician, maybe even your oncologist. The most important thing will be to make sure it is not a complication from cancer or therapy (tamoxifen, etc). A number of imaging studies will be necessary to evaluate your case.
