:(: Sorry to hear that - that sucks. So, the lactose part is fairly easy - avoid milk and most cheeses. Yogurt is generally ok since the lactose is broken down by the yeast and enzymes but you will have to see. For the gluten-free diet, a great first website is from the celiac foundation - http://www.Celiac.Com/categories/gluten%252dfree-recipes/ i found many more by googling "gluten-free recipes".
