Different test: Gluten intolerance can be tested in 2 ways. There is a blood test, which is very good, but not perfect. The best test is to have a gastroenterologist take a biopsy of your small intestine. Lactose intol is usually associated with bloating and diarrhea. First eliminate dairy. Then, try drinking lactaid milk, which contains the enzyme missing in lactose intolerance and should not cause symptom.
