Growth spurt: Growth spurt is most evident as an increase of one's height and weight. Boys manifest increased appetite, tiredness or increased energy, increased sleep and change in wardrobe. In boys, it usually happens between 11 to 16 years but con continue into the early 20s (ask your dad, uncles, male grandparents for a history).
