What is the cause of pains in my lower legs and feet? i am 24 years old and have never had these sensations before. could this be related to a late growth spurt? i actually reached my current height early last year after my 23rd birthday?

There are various possibilities but not a growth spurt in my opinion. Any overuse? Do the pains occur while walking or at rest? Are they sharp or dull aches? Any ,tingling,numbness, weakness,tenderness,swelling or discoloration? A type of peripheral neuropathy has to be considered. A neurologist or rheumatologist would be best to evaluate & advise you. Appropriate testing will be done.
