Been on 50ng of trazadone and 10mg ambien (zolpidem) it don't work! what should i do? could i have fatal insomnia?

Probably not fatal: You would probably benefit from seeing a sleep medicine doctor and getting a complete assessment. Also stop using all stimulants, including caffeine. Fatal insomnia is extremely rare, and other causes for insomnia are much more likely.

Be patient: Find a good sleep doctor and work with him. Be patient. Follow his advise. Follow sleep hygiene advice by your doctor. Do some. Meditation. Start. Praying. Think positive.
